A great day was had by all. Party food for the doggies included Bacon Flapjacks, Liver and Bacon balls with origano, steak and carrot jelly and off course a birthday cake topped with cream cheese and chocolate buttons.

Gawd Blimey……. is it really ten months since we last posted on this blog?!?!?
I better put this deriliction of duty to rights.
The puppies are now a year old so in my next post I will put up a few photo’s of the pups first birthday party.

Well I am really trying to enjoy the last few days I have with the puppies and we have at last now found a great home for Scooby. I am sure he will be really well cared for and loved, the bonus is I will still get to see him and he is coming back a few times with his new sister Poppy for little holidays whilst his new owners are away.
I have been really busy this end getting everything ready for the pups to go to their new homes.
We have gradually been separating them out at night so they are getting used to there only being two or three of them per pen. Tonight Lotte will sleep on her own for the first time so maybe not too much sleep to be had here to begin with, we will have to wait and see. Scooby (Archie) will have his smelly from his new home tomorrow so he will be on his own for tomorrow night and then I think he will be leaving on Thursday. We had thought he would be here for a while longer than the others so he has been in with our two so tonight he will sleep with Terra, Dougel will sleep with Crunchie and then after that we will separate Terra, Crunchie and Dougel into their own crates, ready to leave at the weekend. This house is going to be like a morgue next week, thank god we are keeping two or I would not know what to do with myself!!!
Just to make sure I do not get too maudling over the next couple of weeks, Colin has kindly ordered me some new wardrobes from Ikea so I have to dismantle the old ones and empty the room ready for me to construct the new ones!!!!!! That, along with two puppies and the two older girls, should keep me busy for a while anyway, then puppy training will start in earnest after their injections and before we know it it will be Christmas, better start getting some puppy pressies (oh and maybe one or two for the big girls).
Anyway, all is going well and I can rest easy tonight knowing that all the pups now have lovely new homes to go to. More soon ………………….

Oh look, the puppies have made like a chew chew train 
Well a great couple of days here, the puppies are now so much fun and have had loads of visitors. Today we have introduced them to the paddling pool and they are not quite sure about it at the moment but I am sure they will all be playing around in it by the end of the day. I think Crunchie has mistaken it for a new loo but enough of that.
Tango is really loving playing with them all now and they are all such little characters.
We have started crating them at night now so very little sleep going on this end. I cannot believe that it is only a few days until they start to leave now, with Lotte being the first to depart on Thursday, followed by the others at the weekend. I do not know who will miss them most Tango or me, well I think it will probably be me but at least we are keeping two of them and maybe even three if Scooby does not find a home soon!!!!
I must go and play with the pups now as they will all be gone before I know it and I do not want to spend our last few days on the computer so blogs will be very short this week.
